1- Why are there no prices on your website?
Please note that prices are not listed on our website as we sell to different countries. We are the manufacturer and we will be shipping European orders directly from our workshop. We have distributors in Canada and the United States. Please fill out our “Contact us” form and submit your inquiry. We will answer your e-mail as quickly as possible and direct you to your local distributor. They will get in touch with you with their prices and all the other information you will need.

2- How do I place an order?
For new customers, after you receive the price list, select the items and quantities you would like to order and add to your cart, fill out the contact information and submit. We will contact you regarding your order.

3- Do you accept credit cards?
We are the manufacturer and we are not set up for credit cards. Payment is made by bank wire transfer. Our distributors do accept major credit cards and will be happy to talk to you about payment terms.

4- How do I become a distributor in a European country for your products?
We are looking for distributors for European countries. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

5- Do you make custom jewelry or gift ideas?
We would be happy to make custom designs to suit your market. We use production techniques so that custom orders do have minimum quantity requirements. Please send us your artwork and the items you would like your design on, we will quote you the price and the minimum order quantity.

6- Are your ear wires hypo-allergenic?
All our ear wires are made from surgical steel and are hypo-allergenic.

7- How do I care for your handcrafted jewelry and unique gifts?
All of our jewelry and gifts items have a clear acrylic coating to prevent tarnishing so no polishing is required. Wipe off with a soft clean damp cloth.

8- Can I use cleaners or polish to clean your jewelry and gifts?
Wipe clean with a soft clean damp cloth. You should not use any chemicals or harsh abrasives to clean our products as it will damage the protective finish.

9- How do you make your unique handcrafted jewelry and gifts?
We hand draw all our designs, then silver plate and diamond cut the designs on copper. Each piece has a protective coating so no polishing is required.

10- How long have you been in business?
We began making handmade jewelry in 1985. Over the years we have created our own techniques and designs which make this craft unique to us. We believe we are the only ones in the world making these unusual gifts and handcrafted artisan jewelry.

11- How are they packaged?
The earrings and pins are on white hanging cards with hole suitable for pegs and lip-back for wire racks. The carded earrings and pins are in re-closable clear bags. Bracelets and other gift items are packaged in clear re-closable bags. The keepsake boxes, pill boxes and card cases are packed in carton boxes.
