Refund Returns Policy

* At Copper Reflections, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase of our handmade jewellery and gifts. We strive to exceed your expectations with our high-quality products and excellent customer service.

* Our refund and returns policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

* If we sent you the wrong or defective item, we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us at thisir@yahoo.com

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days. No refunds will be available after the 15-day returns period has expired.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt of your order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thisir@yahoo.com and send your item to:

Product condition: New only

Window: 15 days
Return items must be new and undamaged, and returned within 15 days.

Method & Fees

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
