Where We Ship
We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on orders of $200 or more to Canada and the United States.

The $200 minimum is your order subtotal after any discount, before taxes.
How Long It Takes
Every piece is handmade in our Maple Ridge workshop, so there are two stages:
- Preparing your order: 1 to 3 business days
- In transit: 4 to 12 business days, depending on your location and the postal service
Orders are not posted on weekends or public holidays. If we are unusually busy and your order will be delayed, we will email you.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, and another when it ships. If you have not heard from us and your order seems overdue, please get in touch and we will check on it.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by that country, not by us, and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipping, and a second shipping charge will apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will make it right. Our Refund & Returns Policy covers what happens next.
Packaging and Care
Your jewelry arrives in a resealable plastic bag inside a gift box. Keep each piece in its bag when you are not wearing it to prevent scratches. For more tips, read our copper jewelry care guide.
