What We Collect
When You Place an Order
- Your name, shipping address, billing address, email address and phone number
- The items you ordered and the order total
- Your IP address, for fraud prevention
You do not need to create an account to order. You can check out as a guest.
Payment Information
We do not see, handle or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details directly on their own secure systems. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, plus the last four digits and card type for our records.
When You Contact Us
If you email us or use our contact form, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can help you and refer back to it if you contact us again.
Automatically Collected Information
- Cookies. Our shopping cart uses cookies to remember what you have added and which currency you are viewing. These are necessary for the site to work.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare and Google Search Console to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they use. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Security logging. Our security plugin records IP addresses and request details to block attacks and malicious bots.
- Server logs. Our host records standard web server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested.
